Cindy Plair

Born in Los Angeles CA and raised in East Los Angeles and Huntington Park areas of Los Angeles. Attended local public schools up to high school. Graduation from California State University, Long Beach with degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Arts. Married to Vincent Plair who is a Fitness Pro Member and have two adorable children, Ishmael (2.5 years) and Naima (7 months).  A self described workout aholic.  Loves Beach body workout....Insanity, Max Out and Core De Force.
