Hello!
My name is Sumanth and I've been a Yogi for 7 years. Practicing yoga over the years has helped me overcome social anxiety and propelled me to turn more inwards. From this joy of exploring the inner self came the desire to teach yoga to other people and help them become more mindful. I see human mind as the operating system to the human body. If I can guide people to use their hardware to fine tune their software, I will truly feel that my purpose as a teacher is appropriately served.
