I have a BS in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska and have been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 1998. I currently specialize in barre and Pilates but have taught yoga, kickboxing, aqua aerobics, spinning, circuit classes, and hi/Lu classes over the years.
i am a volunteer youth sports coach and work part time as a substitute PE teacher in the elementary schools.
i am passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping people.
