Dr. Kline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University, a Masters of Arts is in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Boston University. Dr. McNelis-Kline’s specialties include adolescent developmental studies and sport and performance psychology. While serving as the director of the Boston University Wellness Center, Dr McNelis-Kline created and developed skill based Leadership programs for both high school and college age populations. Synthesizing experiential learning methods combined with performance enhancement techniques, Dr. McNelis-Kline developed and intensive self-discovery intensive which his now one of the most popular programs offered by the Areté Leadership Institute. Dr. McNelis-Kline is an adjunct faculty at the University of Denver and currently maintains a private practice specializing in adolescents and sport psychology. Additionally, Dr. Kline has been a certified group exercise instructor for over 18 years and applies her Sport Psychology training to classes for an added dimension to one's workout.
