I discovered barre when I was expecting my third son at age 37. While pregnant, I was looking for a workout that challenged me and helped to get my post baby body back faster. When I found out Barre District was coming to Bay View, WI a few months after my son was born, I signed up for the grand opening class and then was hooked. I would drive 35 minutes from my home in Racine to make it to classes at least 2 to 3 times a week. The changes in my body were amazing and unlimately led me to pursue the lifestyle and open a Barre District of my own.

Prior to opening Barre District I was an educator in the filed of Special Education for16 years.   I love sharing my love for teaching in a new capacity. I am determined to help others improve their body, mind and soul.
