With 16 years of loving yoga for the way it makes me feel, I became a yoga teacher in 2015. I focus on alignment, moving with intention from pose to pose and many of my classes are a combination of hatha and restorative yoga. I also love teaching beginners! My beginners mens classes and my beginners curvy women have been very popular in my local community. My other yoga interests are yin, chair (challenging and gentle), as well as yoga nidra.
I view yoga as the antidote to the stresses of modern life. I often remind my students that we meet our bodies exactly where we are - not where we were yesterday or where we want to be tomorrow. And ultimately, feeling great in our bodies, refreshed in body, mind and spirit.
