As a full-time middle school teacher, I plan an execute daily lesson plans that engage students with differing needs and accomodation requirements. In 2010, I became a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance wehre I waas able to stregthen my practice and instruction skills. In addition, I facilitated a weekly on-site fitness class for teachers after school. I am confident that my enthusiasm, education, and experience will set me up for success as a traveling fitness pro.
Health and fitness are an integral part of my life; working out and eating a healthy diet is a party of my daily daily routine. I have maintained a plant-based diet for more than a decade, and I am continually striving to achieve higher fitness goals. My group fitness certification is expection this summer, and I am interested in pursuing additional certifications (TRX, etc)
