My yoga journey grew out of a love of the way the body moves and what it is capable of. I've been dancing since I was 6 years old. I studied many genres throughout my college years with an emphasis in Ballet and Modern dance. After attending Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA I finished my Bachelors of Arts at Slippery Rock University with a concentration in Dance Pedagogy.
Over the years I've done choreography for numerous high school musicals and dance performances, taught at various different dance studios in Pennsylvania and Georgia, and, more recently, became certified with the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association. I am currently teaching at dance classes to high school students.
I started my yoga practice about 5 years ago and last year I decided I wanted more. Yoga feels so good, so natural in my body that I want to share my passion with others.
I’m so passionate about helping others learn how to lead a more holistic and healthy life. I am truly grateful for the opportunities that Christina and Amanda have given me. In addition to yoga and dance, I enjoy horseback riding, caring for my rescue animals, and spending time with my family. I am also an independent consultant with Arbonne Intl.
