She is known for her playful and powerful teaching methods and is committed to helping people that want to improve their fitness, health and wellbeing to live a life that feels incredibly nourishing, energetic, exciting and balanced.
Julia has made her mission to expose her clients to the joy and satisfaction that comes from intelligent exercise and healthy lifestyle. She will take you to the next level working by your side providing inspired support, delivering programs tailored to fit into your life to improve your fitness level, diet and lifestyle. No matter what your start point is.
Julia is dedicated to being a knowledge resource on Pilates, Fitness, Health and Wellbeing. In her one on one classes, she will chat through your needs and design a program to help you reach your health and fitness goals and redefine them as you progress.
As a Pilates Instructor she brings some of the fundamentals, logic, fluidity and intelligence behind every single movement to her personal training or group fitness sessions.
