Colleen Freese

Hello!

My name is Colleen Freese and I am a wife, mother to two boys, and an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. I teach 6-7 classes a week and offer a variety of class formats. I live in Washington State and love everything about it! My husband and I ar very active with our boys and love to take them out hiking, exploring, and sight-seeing. I am passionate about health and wellness and love to cook, bake, and entertain family and friends! I have past work experience as a hair stylist and freelance makeup artist, as well as retail and office management, trade show coordination, and corporate account sales & marketing. Nothing has given me as much happiness as the fitness industry! I know I have found my calling and I can’t believe I get to “do this” every day!
