Erika Zewiey

I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. I am a CPT through NASM with a specialty in corrective exercise.  I am also enrolled in a nutrition program through NTA, to become a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner.  I am passion for helping and educating others on how to optimize their health and wellness. With a background working as a rehab specialist at a chiropractic office, as an aide in physical therapy office, and as a Personal Trainer, I am excited to have an opportunity to expand her diversity.  I am very passionate about motivating others to be their best selves. I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle and believe strongly that self-care is key.
