I have always been a fitness and wellness lover. I started on my Yoga 8 years ago. Joined the local Yoga studio and didn't look back. I recently received my Level one training/certificate with Yogafit. I can't wait to continue my training and receive all my levels of certifications. I enjoy teaching and helping people get healthy and feel good overall. I also love to run and do crossfit training. I do Yoga at least 5 times a week and also do Orange Theory 4 times a week.
