In March 2000, I decided to join Weight Watchers. In 13 weeks I lost 41 pounds!!! After losing the weight I knew I needed to add exercise to my daily routine. I started doing videos in my basement and later joined a local gym. I began participating in Group Ex classes and was soon hooked on High Intensity Interval Training, Boot Camp, Toning, and Spin. I decided to get certified and have been teaching all these forms of classes for the last eight years.
