I am a clinically licensed marriage and family therapist, mindfulness coach, yoga teacher RYT 200 and co-founder of the interval training method KALOS Experience. I have a private practice in Kansas City where I combine somatic therapy (movement and breath work) with traditional psycho-therapy. I have been practicing yoga since 1998. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and believe that keeping the body moving and moving differently every day helps mind/body connection and overall well being. I lived in Los Angeles for nearly a decade before returning home to Kansas City where I now live, teach and practice.
