Im 32 years old and have been personal training full time for about 10 years. 8 of which I've had my own studio. While I mostly do 1 on 1, I also do quite a few small group training sessions as well on a weekly basis. My clientele ranges from youth athletes to general population, oldest current client is 88. I also work part time as a strength coach at a local highschool where I'll work (along with 2 other coaches) with anywhere from 100-150 athletes in a 2.5 hour time span. I also make workout 4-5 times per week and try to find a nice balance of strength and cardio. (usually more strength)
