I teach adult education for my career, but I also teach and am passionate about fitness which I have been involved in since I was 16 years old. I hve done body building contests, run marathaons, hiked Mt. Whitney, done triathalons, had 3 kids, and teach indoor cycle and am certified to teach group fitness and personal training.
