Orginally from the Bronx..but now live in Ridgewood,Queens..I started out as a persoanl Trainer for Lucelle Roberts and Equinox five years ago. But at the time I was into a lot of things. Started out as a filmmaker..completing 5 short films: . Did some modeling for a couple of yers..that was fun! Did a lot of shows, calendars and muisc videos...but it was just a phase I was going through at the time..Then I discovered the FITNESS industry...I became a full time Fitness Instructor teaching for gyms all over the city...I became very successful in teaching high engery paced classes that burn fat and sculpt as well. Thus I created, DIEZEL KICK (Kickboxing with weights) and DIEZEL SCULPT (Body sculpt that burns calories usuing intervals). These class have been showcased numerous times on wb11 morning news. I've also completed DIEZEL ABS, a hard core abs workout that's still in its final editing stages. On spare time, I pratice my martial art, Wing Chun Kung Fu as well as others such as Akido and Boxing.
