As an avid fitness enthusiast for over 15 years and licensed personal trainer, my passion for exercise allows me to train anyone, anywhere, any age, at any time. I believe fitness can become a staple of anyone’s life at any stage.
Fitness is no longer just concentrating on the solo act of weight lifting focusing on one particular body part, but rather using ones imagination to perform multi facet movements to increase functional ability, cardio health, core strength, utilizing upper and lower body parts in one complete exercise.
Whether using Bosu balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, step ups, or TRX suspension training, my philosophy as your personal trainer will be to keep you engaged and challenged all while helping with weight loss, muscle sculpting, endurance building, and increased overall performance which extends into your daily life. All of that while having some fun.
From 11 years old to 100 years BUILT PT believes any individual can benefit from better physical fitness. The hardest part is starting.
