i have been actively involved in health and fitness for the last 10 years. I transferred the energy I had previously focused on my career using my mechanical engineering degree in the heating and air conditioning field.

I used the spin program at a local studio to rehab from surgery and then several years later accessed the chair yoga program at my fitness facility to rehab after fighting breast cancer. At this point I am cancer free and happily combining and sharing my 2 loves, indoor cycling and yoga.
