Marisa is a graduate of Monclair State University with a B.S. degree in Food and Nutrition. She has been in the health and fitness industry for at least 20 years and holds a current certification with AFAA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is presently working as a personal fitness specialist. Marisa believes in order to make exercise part of ones' lifestyle, a fitness regimen should be realistic, maintainable and diversified. She has a 3-dimensionable approach to exercise, thus, in addition to weight training, she always incorporates exercises for functional and core/stability training in each routine.
