 I  have always been drawned to the group exercise, it all started when I was 14 and dicovered my first step aerobics class. Ten years ago, I decided to get certified and started teaching. While I have always worked a full time job, my love for health and fitness has never taken a back seat. I have developed my own kickboxing method, sought out certifications in a variety of fitness formats, and have worked for many prestigius companies. I have taught 1000s of classes including kickboxing, boxing, pilates, total body conditioning, tabata, bootcamp, and bare. The most important accomplishment in my fitness journey has been the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of clients on a weekly basis. The impact you can have on someone's life through the art of motivation and fitness is why I hustle between a full time job and 3 studios every week.
