I am in my 50s, a wife and a mother of two girls. I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast with professional certifications in Group Fitness, Yoga, Personal Training, Indoor Cycling and Weight Training. As of April 2020 I will have completed 400 hours of yoga teacher training (200 hours with each of 2 different organizations - YogaFit and Heart + Bones Yoga). My favourite fitness activities are teaching yoga classes, lifting weights, skate skiing, and hiking on the many beautiful local trails. I teach yoga, stretching, bootcamp and indoor cycling classes for the North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission. For relaxation I practice yoga and take nature walks. I live in North Vancouver, BC.
