HEATHER HADDEN

 My Name is Heather Hadden--I am am a 62 yrs old and have been teaching group fitness classes (Can Fit Pro Certified)  for over 30 years. I currently teach on land group fitness (land- cycle, total body toning; cardio and tone) as well as Aquafit and Therapeutic Water Aquafit  (CALA certified) classes at the City of Mississauga and previously taught for >30 yrs for an employee Fitness program at the Credit Valley Hospital that I started myself 30 years ago. I also specialize in older adult fitness, fitness and respiratory diseases, fitness and cardiovascular diseases, as well as BoneFit Trained and Nordic Pole Waking Certified and CanFit Pro Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach. . I am a mom of a 30 yr old and a 27 yr old daughter and live in Mississauga Ontario. I am a registered licensed Pharmacist and I work part time as a clinical pharmacist in a doctors office managing the pharmaceutical needs of the  patients. I am also a smoking cessation counselor and sleep counselor as well.  I am married for 35 yrs and my husband has also applied to this site as a Personal Trainer. We hope to travel together and bring our combined fitness skills to a tropical area soon!
