Yvette Gaugh

I am happily married and a mother of 2 and I am 52 years old. I am a recent Empty Nester and love to travel. I have been an athlete my whole life. I played basketball in College, and started teaching Step and aerobics when I was 18. I have completed several 1/2 marathons, 1 marathon, over 20 sprint triathlons, 2 Olympic triathlons and in 2016 I completed my first 1/2 ironman, 70.3 miles.

I am a nutritarian and love studying about health and wellness. I have logged over 500 hours studying the body, cooking , nutrition, exercise.
