Sharmila is a people person who enjoys assisting her clients in reaching their goals. She understands
that every client is different and prides herself on adapting workouts to each of their fitness levels. It is Sharmila's
approach of pushing her clients, not only physically but mentally as well, which produces the results her clients are
striving to reach. If you are tired of the same day to day workouts and are looking to be pushed outside of the box, Sharmila is the trainer for you.
Sharmila has always been an active person. Prior to making personal fitness her living, she played
volleyballl & softball in high school. When she's not helping clients reach their goals, she enjoys competing in obstacle course races.
During the rest of her time, Sharmila enjoys spending time with her twin daughters, hiking at the bluff, swimmimg and cooking.
