Kimberly Kokoski

I am 26 and have been into fitness and sports since I could walk. After I graduated high school I coached high school volleyball and softball. I also experienced a hard time in life that led me to changing my diet and overcoming anxiety and panic attacks without medication. I have been determined since then to impact others as well. I went to college and graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Science of Social Work and became a Licensed Social Worker. I am currently a nanny and have been a babysitter most of my adult life. I have also been managing a gym for 3 years now and I started my own faith based health coaching business online in December 2017. My business is called Wholehearted and Well with a mission to put my whole heart into making others physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually well. I am also a musician. I play in a wedding band and I also travel with my husband Jacob Frish as his duet partner for some of his shows.
