Nicole Minich

My name is Nicole Minich. I am a 28 year old Veteran, Biology student, mom and personal trainer. I have been training under Laurie Delaney for several years where I found a true passion for fitness and decided to get my personal training certification. I recently competed in a fitness competition for AAU body building where I received 1st place in Novice Sports Model and 2nd place in Overall Sports Model. In my free time I love to hike, box and spend time with my wonderful son.
