Hello! I've been a group trainer for 5 years, personal trainer for 2 years working with a wide variety of ages, skill levels and fitness. I am very comfortable working with 30+ people at a time or 1 person. I can train with a wide variety of equipment but my favorite class to teach is HIIT. I am happy to develop whatever classes you need the most - 15 min core/booty, 30 min cardio hiit, 60 min full body strength/cardio tabata, etc. I am a certified Strong Nation teacher (3 years) and love the strength based format (no dancing!). I currently work as a group trainer at AAY Fitness Bootcamp.
