I began practicing yoga in 1990. Through the years I have practiced many asana styles including Ashtanga, Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa Flow. Yoga has enabled me to maintain strength and recover from multiple injuries. I like to utilize my yoga practice to maintain balance, physically, mentally, and spiritually. In 2017 I completed my 200 hour teacher training in Crested Butte, Colorado. I continue my practice here in Crested Butte.
