I have always been a health-conscious athlete who loves science. I received my BS in exercise science from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT and my Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Public Health from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In 2015, I began practicing Vinyasa yoga in the Boston area and one year later I completed the 200-hour teacher training and additional 50 hour extensions training at Corepower Yoga. Through the opportunities within the Corepower Yoga community, I have been able to attend multiple intensive workshops on different yoga formats and philosophy. In addition to yoga, I enjoy cycling and snowboarding!
