Mindy Kremer

I am 27 years of age and have been active in group fitness and training since 17 years old. My husband and I are both Certified Personal Trainers and Strength and Conditioning Trainers through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. We have both been 100% self-employed for the last 3 years with personal training. We both possess a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University and University of Louisville. We are both very physically active and live the life that we encourage others to live. We would both be interested in learning more about the programs you provide at resorts for fitness professionals.
