Sara Hill has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from East Carolina University where she received an education rich in biomechanics, exercise prescription, exercise testing, and program development. She grew up as a competitive dancer in the Charlotte area with a strong background in jazz, tap, ballet, and much more. This was her foundation for persuing a career in fitness. After graduation, she particiapted in an internship at The Spa Atlantis, a health and fitness resort in south Florida.

She holds several certifications including AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, Balanced Body University Pilates Trainer, Yoga, Zumba, as well as several others. Sara has worked as a personal trainer, group exercise director, group exercise instructor, sales counselor, and fitness consultant for several fitness facilities. She brings knowledge from all of these experiences and training as well as her passion for Pilates together to be Club Pilates Advanced Pilates Instructor.
