I am a true professional when in every aspect of personal training. I train at an elite sports club in the upscale Northshore of Chicago. I also am the fitness director at the club and supervise approximately 30 group fitness instructors and fitness staff. I train all ages from 11 - 86. I work with athletes (some have gone on to play Division one athletics), moms, people who just want to improve their fitness, as well as clients w/ many types of injuries because my background in physical therapy/orthopaedics. I have had clients make tremendous gains in weight loss but more importantly in self-esteem and overall health/well-being. I train on average 35 hours a week.
I keep myself fit. I enjoy working out obviously but also am very active w/ my family in activities such as biking, rollerblading, running, etc. I am 6'3" and 195 lbs. My wife is very active as well and has run several marathons (including Boston). She was also a collegiate (division I) distance runner. She now has begun teaching strength and spinning classes. We have one child who is 10 months old.
