About Me

 

As a wife and mother of three, my mission is to spread LOVE and to help everybody and EVERY BODY feel AMAZING when they leave my class!

 

 

 

I have always loved to dance! In my 20's, I was part of a large Salsa club which incorporated styles such as, salsa, merengue and more.

 

Ten years ago, I discovered Zumba®. It was still in it's infancy, but I immediately realized its potential. The energy is always insane! It’s fun! its screaming for more!! Zumba fitness program quickly became my passion!!!

 

 

 

I became a certified Zumba®instructor, and developed an after school program that is taught in a fun, enriching and supportive environment. It cultivates self-awareness, confidence, creativity, positive body image, leadership skills and team work through dance.

 

 

 

You can find me teaching Zumba®kids classes in schools in the San Fernando Valley in addition to adults and gold Zumba® (for seniors) at local gyms and private dance studios! 

 

 

 

You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you :)
