Amanda Morris started practicing yoga in 2001 after many years of cross country running. She was drawn to yoga to give her body a change from all the rigorous pounding on the pavement. This is when she fell into her first yoga class, Ashtanga Primary Series, and loved it. In 2008, she decided to take the plunge and become certified. She is now certified in Ashtanga, LifePower Yoga, Prinatal, Vinyasa, and Yin and has been teaching for over ten years. She enjoys working with beginners and inviting everyone to feel good as they breathe and move through postures.
