Heather is a Studio Manager at the Romeoville Life Time Fitness and a Signature Program Ambassdor for Group Fitness Studio in the Illinois/Indiana region. She has her Bachelors of Science in Physical Education from Northern Illinois University, is NASM PT and ACE GF certified, and has been teaching Group Fitness for over 30 years. Heather’s key to success is her ability to energize and motivate members while creating a fun environment.
