Hello, my name is Tammy! I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and teaching yoga for over 20 years. My certifications include AFAA Certified Group Fitness, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, YogaFit L1 & L2, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and am signed up to start my 200-hour YTT in September. I recently started my own Health and Wellness business, Journey N2 Wellness. I love what I do!
My passion is helping and empowering others and yoga, that's why I love teaching yoga!
My teaching empowers others to look at their relationship to themselves through conscious and reflective thought and actions.
I believe yoga can heal all areas of our life and should be fun. Yoga can heal our wounds- physical, mental and emotional. With practice, we can love more, embrace each day, create more joy and live in the moment. Yoga is beautiful; it is peace, love, healing, and self-acceptance.
My goal is that no matter where you are, what level, everyone who enters my class will exit feeling happy and empowered to live their best life!
Off the mat, I enjoy quality time with my family. My hobbies include lifting weights, hiking big mountains, paddleboarding, walking my lab, reading and cooking delicious, healthy meals. But first coffee!
Health and fitness are my lifestyles, warm sunny weather and sandy beaches are my jam!
