In the simplicity of each smile, I am what makes me happy.
Through Yoga, I have discovered that Life goes far beyond the paths traced and that nothing is impossible, just trust.
I teach Yoga to the most grown and the smallest and I feel that I am in constant learning. I am trained by the Nataraja Yoga Study Center and the Rainbow Kids of Yoga. At the same time I trained Tibetan Bowls and Gongs according to the traditional methods of the Hymalaias. I also had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in various Workshops and courses, as well as in trips to India.
The path of Yoga has also led me to embrace a project in a therapeutic community, while also dedicating myself to the teaching of children with special educational needs.
I also dedicate myself to the organization of Yoga and Meditation Trips to Bali and India and i'm a senior Yoga teacher ina 200h Teacher traing program.
