Carol Orrill

Carol Orrill is a group fitness instructor at Flagstaff Athletic Club in Flagstaff, Arizona. She loves to teach Zumba, Yoga and Pilates. In addition to teaching, she has trained fitness instructors, presented training workshops and worked as fitness director. Carol taught Spanish for 25 years and recently retired. Carol loves to learn and keep up with the latest trends and research in the fitness industry. She delivers top quality, effective workouts that are highly motivating, easy to follow and fun. Carol has a passion for music and dance, loves to travel, speak Spanish, hike, garden, and spend time with her golden retriever and family.
