Katie Walter

I am 21 years old and entering my final year of college. I attend Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where I am pursuing degrees in Professional Writing and Entrepreurship. Most of my campus involvement is through varisty athletics in which I am a member of the track and field team. I had my first yoga experience following my freshman year of college after pushing my body to extreme limits as a division 1 athlete. I found a connection to my body that I had never achieved as an athlete. When I came back to school for sophomore year, I enrolled in yoga teacher training and have been completely committed to yoga ever since. My other passions include reading, cooking, and traveling. I dream of writing books someday, potentially a cookbook, and am already pursuing travel through opportunities such as this.
