For the past 20 years, Yoga has been a passion of mine. My practice of Vinyasa and Hot 26 Yoga have kept me grounded - mentally, physically and spiritually.   As a yoga instructor with 500 hours of yoga teacher training, I love sharing this passion with my students.  There is no other practice that keeps us flexible, balanced, strong, and mindful, all at the same time except Yoga.

When it comes to exercise, my motto is: “Do what you love and mix it up!”  If you are bored with exercise routines, you simply won’t keep doing them. Variety can truly be the spice that keeps you young at any age.

I have been involved in physical fitness as a teacher, coach or practitioner since childhood.  I was a high school athlete and competed as a NCAA gymnast in college. As a young adult I taught swimming and gymnastics and was a distance runner. My love for sports helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout my life.  Regular strength training and cardio workouts have allowed me to continue to enjoy a variety of physical activities - horseback riding, tennis, golf, snow skiing, ice skating and pickleball - and most importantly Yoga!
