Lauren Wingate

Hi!  My name is Lauren Wingate and I live in Alpharetta, GA.  I have loved music and dancing since I was a little girl, joining cheerleading, dance teams, and eventually trying Zumba.  When I took my 1st class, I wondered what had taken me so long to find the fun!  I bring dance into every aspect of life, whether I'm cooking for my family and dancing around the kitchen, inviting friends and neighbors to try classes with me, or driving down the road making up choreography :-)  I love and live life to the fullest, and hope that I can share a bit of my high-energy, fun-loving spirit with others.  Cheers y'all!
