I am a 200 Hr RYT with over three years’ experience teaching yoga independently in Interior BC to both large groups of up to 40 people and one-on-one private lessons. I have experience teaching Hatha, Flow, Yin and SUP yoga. I also have over five years' experience teaching downhill skiing, as well as training other instructors to develop their teaching skills. As such, I am familiar with various learning styles and tailor my teaching appropriately and my background also makes me familiar with common sports injuries that may affect students.
Currently I am in Vancouver whilst studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
I'm friendly, approachable and can usually be found with a smile on my face.
