Michele Aeck

Michele has taught and directed fitness programs for over 30 years.  Her education includes a Ph.D. from Gonzaga University, A Master’s Degree in Health Science, and a Bachelor of Science Degree.  She is certified with ACE as a Gold Master Instructor/Practical Trainer, faculty and continuing education provider, ACSM Fit Society Member, group weight training program, “The Lift”, Spin, ACE Special Recognition in Kick-boxing and Boxing, ISCA educational and training for certification programs, Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Step, Cardio, High/Low Aerobics and Conditioning.  She has taught fitness classes at Fitness Resorts such as The Oaks and The Palms.  In addition, she has served as a cross country, track, and field coach on the collegiate level and sees the impact that a healthy lifestyle has on individuals.  Michele received the award for the Washington State Fitness Instructor of the Year which exemplifies her lifestyle and epitomizes her desire for others to reach their potential.  Her wide range of community experience includes press relations, political campaigns, successful grant writing, national public speaking, and worksite program direction, design, and delivery.  She is committed to promoting health and feels compelled to set specific goals for the future in service, meaning, and productivity.
