I have been personal training and teaching various types of fitness classes since 1981. Due to my husband's career, we have moved 15 times within 23 years of marriage and so I have the opportunity to teach at many different locations and environments. I currently teach exercise science for Indiana University in Indianapolis as well as yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, CPR, First aid, and Diabetes Prevention for the Greater Indianapolis YMCA. I’m also certified to teach Spinning and water aerobics. Im I love my "job"! How many people have the opportunity to work with people who actually want to see them and leave you feeling better than when they first came in?
