What can students expect from my class? Often referred to as a fun and approachable person who enjoys filling the room with laughter and energy; I love alignment, employ clear language, and truly believe that yoga is for everyone. Expect to feel welcomed, encouraged, nurtured but most of all unbelievably awesome as we embark on this journey together!
