My name is Andrea Jensen. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. What started as a hobby for myself, grew into a passion to help others achieve their goals. In Personal Training, my goal is to teach, motivate and support clients with an individualized program that fits their specific needs, goals and abilities. I view my relationship with people as a partnership: taking into account physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle change. I believe a fitness program should be enjoyable and ever changing. No matter what your goals, I can meet a variety of needs and get you moving in the right direction! In my group fitness classes I aim to motivate, educate, and most importantly make it a fun, safe, class for all fitness levels. I always offer modifications to accomodate all the different fitness levels within a given class. My classes are fun and energetic and I can guarantee you'll get a great workout!
