Stacey Pulcher

Stacey's fitness journey began as a gym member, after 32 years of a sedentary unhealthy lifestyle found herself at 230 lbs. she joined golds gym in 2010, she could not do too much at first but found herself drawn to group fitness. Having the energy of the group around her and the amazing instructors she found there gave her the courage and inspiration to stick and stay when she wanted to quit. After a 50lb weight loss, and with the encouragement of her yoga mentor she attended her first Les Mills training. Stacey has since trained in Body Flow, SB Barre, aerial yoga and body pump. A great love for all of her programs but Yoga is where the journey began and it has inspired her to continue with her education and become a 200hour Pranakriya yoga teacher. It is Stacey's hope to give back to her students what was freely given to her from all the amazing teachers she has had the pleasure to learn from.

Stacey is currently the part time group fitness manager at Gold's Gym in Maryland and has been employed as such since August 2017. When she is not performing management duties in our clubs, she is teaching classes up to 6 times per week and sometimes more. Stacey also currently work weekends in the food and beverage industry and has done so for over 20 years. She has just celebrated her 17th year at Adams Taphouse Grill in Severna Park Maryland where she has served and bartended.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Jacob and thier 17 year old and 21 year old daughters. The next goal for Stacey is continuing her Yoga education with the 300 hour training course through the Pranakriya school of Healing Arts, and dreams to one day open an affordable yoga studio and wellness center.
