francisco ramos

As owner of Zen Casa, Francisco brings his healing touch and restorative practice to each of his students. Upon graduating from the University of Connecticut, Francisco underwent a spiritual education for the last 10 years.  During this time he studied the techniques of Reiki, energy healings, and began regularly teaching meditation classes.  Francisco is a 500 hr certified yoga instructor under Warrior Yoga Teacher Training and regularly takes workshops and classes for continued education.  He is also certified in restorative yoga. Francisco has completed a 2 year training program to become a license spiritual counselor through Inspire Spiritual Community.  His work helps others to heal from past trauma, shift perceptions on their life stories, and develop a pathway to connect to the Divine within.  Francisco is currently hosts regular group sound bath meditations for the community and hosts several wellness retreats per year.
