Josephine Chan

I'm yoga teacher and early childhood educator, mainly teaching kids and family yoga! For older populations, I teach hatha and chair yoga. Currently residing in Vancouver, Canada, I've been working with young people as young as 2, to grown-up children (otherwise known as adults!) for almost 20 years. Merging my two passions, yoga and education, I share my work through education conferences and yoga studios, merging progressive educational theory, trauma sensitive practice and yogic wisdom to the art of teaching children. I've been featured on Gaia TV, filming children’s yoga classes for online and home practice.
